I really really love the long part with no singing. (There's probably a word for that?) And I wanted to use something popular to kick the community off. A classic, if you will.

What an ABSOLUTE BANGER to start off with omgggggg ♡ X were/are truly EVERYTHING. (I often think about what cool music hide would have made if he was still with us.) I love the synth part at the start of this song (and throughout) too and the chorus is so catchy and aaaaaa.

i know right, the synth is sooo goof. and hide is so good! it's crazy he released banger after banger after banger and then left so suddenly. i have to think "i'm grateful we got to hear his music at all" rather than "i'm mad we didn't get more" to keep from punching the ground LOL. i'm glad you like my choice of inaugural song ^w^
